What we have been up to...

Wow! This summer is just flying right on by. We have been so busy lately and things are crazy at the Sevy home. We are now all moved in to our new apartment and let me tell you that we were very efficient. Alan and I have finally realized that we are grown ups and we are becoming much more responsible. We were completely moved into apartment in two days and completely unpacked in less than a week! Now, this may not seem like a good accomplishment for you but for US it is huge!! We lived in are old place for two years and never completely unpacked so this is great progress. Our apartment looks great! We love it here and are happy to finally have a place of our own. I wanted to document the whole moving process but needless to say I was a little preoccupied doing other things like packing,moving,unpacking, and bossing other people around telling them where to put stuff. :) I am sad I didn't get a picture with our apartment filled with boxes because every room was piled to the ceiling. It was a good reality check that we have way tooooooooooo much stuff! I did however get a picture of Alan putting together some of our new furniture which with the help of his dad and brother got done pretty quickly.







Thanks to everyone who helped us move, we SERIOUSLY could not have done it without you. We are so blessed to have such great family and friends. We love you guys and you are awesome!!

What else have we been up to lately...

We celebrated our two year wedding anniversary! We are now no longer newlyweds. The last two years have gone by so fast, it feels just like yesterday that it was our wedding day. I had no idea it was possible but I love Alan more and more each day and I am so glad he is mine forever.

Alan surprised me and took me to the Little America. I truly felt like a princess. It was so fun and nice to relax and take a break from packing. We also went to the Grand Buffet for brunch which was AMAZING! It was so delicious and after that meal I didn't need to eat for a week.










We also celebrated my golden birthday! It turned 23 on the 23rd. I had the best birthday ever! I was spoiled by everyone and they all made my day so special. I also got to celebrate Beth and Landon's wedding which was amazing and they are such a great couple. It was a great Birthday!






















Alan and I went to the Kenny Chesney Concert last Saturday night out at Usana. It was both of our first time going to a concert there and it was sooo fun. We had such a fun time and it was great to enjoy the beautiful summer night. Leaving the concert on the other hand sucked, we sat in the parking lot in the same spot for like an hour and a half. Next time we are sleeping in the car! :)

















Sorry for the long post but this poor blog has been neglected. Well that's what we have been up to!
