Her girly side is definitely starting to come out. She loves to carry her purse with her on her arm. She also loves to play in her dress up that her Grandma and Grandpa Sevy gave her for Christmas. She doesn't want to take them off!
She has little stuffed animal ballerina bear that she carries around everywhere and I mean everywhere. I have had to sew its head back on twice!
She loves her baby doll. She loves to kiss her and rock her. She also loves to feed her. She does try to sneak some of the bottle herself occasionally. She is such a great Mama!
This girl loves to read! She brings me about a dozen books throughout the day that she wants me to read to her. She hands it to me and just crawls into my lap. I never want those moments to end. Sometimes she will be missing during the day when I am busy catching up on stuff but I always know that I can find her in her room by her bookshelf with a nice pile of books.
She also loves bath time! I think it is her favorite time of the day. She could stay in there for hours if we let her. She tries to run away from me in the bathtub when I go to get her out.
She also has gotten pretty smart. We have taken her Paci away except for at nap and bed time. In the morning when she wakes up she throws her bear and her paci out of her crib so that later on in the day she can go in there and find them. She will randomly walk out into the family room with her paci in her mouth and so proud of herself. Then it is sad and we have to take it away and she tries to run away.
She loves to eat finger foods and feed herself. She is slowly not needing baby food anymore. She loves milk! She is also starting to say a few words but isn't really ready to start talking. She loves to say "uh oh" She also likes to do a tiny little bark when we ask what the dog says. She loves to watch Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. She is starting to sort her shapes and loves when Mom and Dad play with her but she is happy playing independently too!
She keeps life so exciting and fun! I can't imagine life without her! I can't wait to watch her to continue to grow and develop in the next stage!
